Carlisle Development Group, BJ&K Construction and The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale have been working together to transform more then 14 blocks totaling 30 acres in the Northwest Neighborhood. Their latest project together will be the culmination of their five year vision with NW Gardens II & IV. All American is pleased to have been selected as the only glazing contractor on all four phases of the NW Gardens projects along with the Dr. Kennedy Apartment project located on Broward Boulevard.
AAWD has been awarded both the NW Gardens II & IV projects in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Respectively each project consists of more then 150 units near downtown Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority has partnered with The Carlisle Development Group, LLC, the premier affordable housing developer in Florida, on this project. All American recently completed work on the Northwest Gardens III project, which was a mixture of new construction and the renovation of an existing complex. In partnership with ES Windows, AAWD provides all of South Florida and the Greater Miami area with a turn-key service using the best residential and commercial product lines available.
All American is continuing their long standing relationship with the Related Group & Kaufmann Lynn on their latest project, Doral View. This 360 unit apartment project will consist of a mix of one, two and three bedroom suites. Amenities includes two pools, gyms, and a luxurious spa for all residents. Construction begins in January 2013 with completion scheduled in early 2014. All American is scheduled to begin their window installation in April, 2013.
All American Windows has been selected as the glazing contractor on four multi family hi-rises in downtown Miami. Over the past fifty years First Florida Construction has been recognized as one of the largest multi-family general contractors and developers in the state of Florida.
Window installation on all projects is set to commence around the (2nd) quarter of 2013 with completion scheduled for late 2013.

All American has been selected as the glazing contractor for the Veranda II project located in Plantation, Fl. The project is developed by The Related Group and consists of 181 Units of luxury high end apartments being constructed by Moriarty & Associates. The project is schedule to commence in the summer of 2012.
This 160 unit development has selected All American to retrofit all windows and doors in the units, common areas and clubhouse. This project consists of two 8-story towers and a clubhouse. The project is slated to commence in May 2012 and is scheduled to be completed by late September.
Located one block from the Atlantic along Ocean Drive, the two-story, 41,689 square foot facility, “will replace an outdated fire station and consolidate fire rescue and beach safety operations, currently housed in separate facilities. It will be built to withstand hurricane-force winds, so it can serve as a disaster preparation and recovery coordination center.” The project is scheduled to be completed in May 2012.

Miami, FL - All American is pleased to announce that it has been selected to join the Miami Freedom Tower preservation effort commencing in the Fall of 2010. Built in 1925, this 17 story building was designed to act as a beacon of light over the Miami Bay. Today it is one of the most recognizable and historic monuments in Florida as it commemorates the Cuban Americans' arrival in the United States. Maintaining the historical appearance of the building was paramount in the city's decision to move forward with the project. Through our partnership with ES Windows, we were able to achieve the design and custom grid pattern that existed on the original windows. "Preserving the history and look of the building was the main objective in our design discussions," said CEO, Buddy Pressley.
